DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: 

If your order is delayed or lost we can file a claim for lost postage after 20 working days (25 working days for outside of Europe) after the expected delivery date, please see below in POSTAGE the details on these dates.

Please follow the tracking on your order (if purchased) but please get in touch if your order has not arrived. After the dates stated above I will claim for lost or damaged post so I can send over a replacement.

All orders are posted by Royal Mail, shipping upgrades available:

  • UK - 1st class, 2nd class, Next day by 1pm
  • EUROPE - International standard, Tracked
  • REST OF WORLD - International standard, Tracked

EXPECTED DELIVERY 

  • UK 1ST CLASS / 1-2 WORKING DAYS
  • UK 2ND CLASS / 3 WORKING DAYS
  • EUROPE INTERNATIONAL STANDARD/TRACKED / 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS
  • REST OF WORLD INTERNATIONAL STANDARD/TRACKED / 6- 7 WORKING DAYS

    Tracked delivery is available on all items, please select this at the checkout to upgrade your shipping. Please consider this if you are ordering from overseas.

    TAXES/CUSTOMS FEES

    International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Please note from 1st July 2021 all EU orders will have to pay an import tax on the delivery of their order and a small handling fee by their courier. We at Emy Lou Holmes are not responsible for paying these taxes and charges that the customer might receive.

    PACKAGING

    •  A3 Prints will be posted flat inside a paper padded jiffy bag or rolled in a poster tube.

    • A4 Prints are posted flat inside a paper cushioned jiffy bag.
    • A2-A1 Prints are packaged in large poster tubes. 
    • Calendars are posted flat inside paper padded jiffy bags.

    • Small 7 x 5 framed prints are posted in boxes or paper padded jiffy bags.

    • Small framed 7 x 5 prints are available in the UK only 

    All postal packaging is recyclable so please re-use or recycle these items.
