Q: My order hasn't arrived yet, can you tell me when it will arrive and can you track this item for me?
A: Tracking is available on all items but unless purchased at the checkout there is no tracking on orders.
- Royal Mail are experiencing extreme delays in various parts of the country with limited staff due to Covid restrictions, please respect that they are doing their best to get parcels to you on time and thank you for being patient.
- Please see our returns and exchanges section for details on usual arrival times and details on delayed or lost orders. This time must elapse before we can claim compensation for lost mail and then send a replacement.
Q: Where else can I buy your work?
A: Please find a full list of our stockists here
Q: I've received part of my order, where is the rest of it?
A: A3 posters are sent separately from any other items as they travel much better in poster tubes rather than flat. Most other items will be sent together. Please see more details in Shipping
Q: My order has arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
A: On the rare occasion items can arrive damaged - this is due to bad handling and can happen when in transit for longer than expected. Please get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and damaged item long with your name and order number. We will then get in touch to arrange a replacement.
Q: I've ordered an A3 framed print, where do I collect?
A: Please message me before ordering an A3 Print as stock levels vary. Collection is from my studio in Clevedon, North Somerset and the address will be given once you have ordered and arranged a collection date and time.
Q: How do I flatten my print and where can I get a frame that fits?
A: Please see the tips below in this section with tips on removing and flattening your prints.

Q: I would like a custom image, how much do you charge?
A: We do take on commissions out of season (Jan-June) and the starting price is £500+. If you are interested please get in touch at email@example.com
Emy Lou Holmes Additional Info:
All of our prints are printed on good-standard card or art paper, usually around 250/300gsm in weight. Depending on the size they are either digital or silk print. We try to make sure that colours match as closely as they appear on your screen but obviously due to printing formats and processing this will differ slightly.
We can do any print in larger sizes of A2 & A1. Please get in touch if you are interested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
REMOVING YOUR POSTER:
Please be careful when removing your poster from the tube. Instead of pulling it out, which can cause dents, slowly shake the box with one end open, the poster should gently slide out. Once half the poster is out of the tube, carefully slide it out.
Posters will sometimes stay rolled after they have been delivered. Do not attempt to flatten out a poster by rolling it back on itself as this will result in damage and creasing. The best way to flatten a poster is to lay it on a flat surface and place a few heavy items on top (such as books) and leave for a day or so. The print should then be ready to frame!
Our prints are made ideally for framing, not only because they look better, but because it keeps the print in the best condition possible. It reduces fading and damage to the print, which is all you could really ask for. Our prints are all standard framing size so fit frames from most stores such as IKEA, Wilkinsons and Supermarket homeware departments.
